The only difference between the two is that the reflex sight is higher up, so the muzzle flash obscures less of your vision. Meanwhile, the red dot sight gives you a better view of your target. I'd prefer the reflex personally, fitting well if I want to more or less eliminate annoying muzzle flash while not having to resort to a suppressor.

The difference is the shape of the sight and how much space the sight takes up. The Reflex allows for a bit more concentration on one thing, while the reflex is more open around the edges, allowing a wider FOV. It mostly comes down to player prefrence. Thumbs up so others can see.
