What is a manga is it like the book of an anime or something every one says stuff about the manga on nearly every anime I watch please someone tell me what is a manga?!;)

Great video by the way! I just started reading the manga online, and I cant wait to see what happens later in the chapters. Ive seen all Shugo Chara episodes, but the manga is a million times better! Why couldnt they made the show EXACTLY how the manga is?
