Cool Workout, but if you are very out of shape to start with, this kind of workout looks like to hurt your back/joints? I would think that a gym would be better till the body was strong enough to go through a boot camp workout? Just asking? I'm a 51 year old male, so the thought of going through boot camp(Army) at my age seems very unreal.
Its not an army bootcamp by any means. Never been, but I would imagine it's 100x harder than this. Everybody goes at their own pace, so you just improve everyday. Low back is one of the areas I concentrate on, no injuries so far in almost a year.
