I hate when someone does something good like this, and their personal beliefs and background turn into a mudslinging contest. Truth is, that even if his involvement was solely to fly his plane down there for some PR stunt, the fact of the matter is, that he still did it. Without him taking his time, effort, and using his own major equipment, this never would have happened. I don't see anything negative about that. He helped even if he was only .01% a part of it.

Yes, John Travolta actually flies this aircraft. I am pretty sure he can afford to fly it anywhere he wants.
