I watched drug court toss a poor homeless person in jail for not having a job. They begged the court weeks in advance to prevent this from happening by allowing court house UAs. Next session this homeless mentally ill person is arrested for not having 165 dollars to cover tests court knew they couldn’t do in advance. I think tossing a homeless person in jail for not having any money makes a whole let of sense, don't you? Only in Oklahoma. (this person is homeless and is housed by a friend)
The places that run these are PRIVATE businesses. In Pushmataha County they were caught paying off a judge! This is done by exploiting and charging participants HUGE fees and time, they can't keep a job and it sometimes ruins lives. This is PROPAGANDA; complain to the state.

What happens if a person doesn't comply with the rules of drug court? My son is in the program, but isn't complying, I'm afraid he may go to prison.
