Personally i prefer Palkia because it has a move called special rend which is really poerful and doesent leave u hanging in the battlefield defenseless like diaglas roar of time

in pokemon platinum lucian has a level 53 mr.mime,level 54 bronzong,level 55 espeon,level 56 alakazam,and a level 59 gallade

the elite 4 give their pokemon steroids they crit hit all the time and my pokemon always miss oah and they always always seem to end up at 1 hp or somewhere slightly higher and then they use full restore

@CinematicallyUnhappy Try making your team even! A good team to have would be:

A fire type

Water type

A grass type

flying type

Electric Type

Ice type

and A rock type

Make sure they are all at levels 50+

Lucian was a bit of a problem for me. I was able to take out most of his team with Gengar but I had to use a VERY tired Hippowdon to try and beat Girafarig.

I used my Lucario,it knew Dragon Pulse,and for some reason Dragon moves are great against other Dragon type Pokemon,so I recomend an Ice type or Dragon type. ;)

Just so you know, Calm Mind doesn't make Gyro Ball stronger, Gyro Ball goes off of your speed stat. The lower the speed stat on the pokemon that is using it and the higher the opponent's, the stronger Gyro Ball will be.

You should get a fire type and a Grass type. Switch in Dialga (cuz its uber) for a Roserade, switch in Uxie (cuz its so much worse than Azelf) for a Rapidash and Luxray (too slow) for a Salamence
