You are wrong that China, Tibet and Mongoli became independent after the FAll of the Manchuran Empire in 1911.

1. Chin is a Chinese Empire ruled by Manchurian. It is time for you to accept that Manchurian is Chinese. To your logic, genetically Queen Elizabeth is more German than British, so is UK British or German?

China did not became independent, Chin Dynasty ended and the Republic of China started straightaway, and its constitution continued to include Tibet Mongolia into China's territory, and this is the reason independence declared by Mongol in 1911 and by Dalai 13th of Tibet in 1913 were ineffective under the international law.

3. Independence by Mongolia in 1911 were ineffective under the international law, that is why it did not become independent until its referendum in 1945, and the Nationalist Party of the Republic of China were pressured by Stalin to give up Mongolia.

4. Dalai Lama 13th did not declare independence in 1911, but 1913. And as reason stated above, the declaration is ineffective.

FYI Tibet has been part of China since 1200's. China's sovereignty over Tibet is protected under the international law, and this has nothing to do with greed or selfishness.

13th Dalai Lama's declaration of independence in 1913 is invalid on the same grounds that declaration of independence by Texas and Western Australia was invalid. So it would be nice if you could better educated on the world affairs.

Dalai Lama's allegation that he will appoint his own successor defies both the tradition of Dalai Lama selection as his predecessors since the Dalai Lama 5th have all been appointed by the central Chinese government and Buddhist concept of reincarnation as Dalai Lama and his successor can not exist simultaneously on the earthly realm.

Dalai Lama has been supported by the CIA since 1950 to engage in terroritst attacks and smear campaigns against China, for his CIA boss's plot for global domination. It is not surprising to see his PM having a terrorist background too.

The BBC reporter does not let Dr. Sangay finish his answers. It's OK to ask tough questions but interrupting someone before they finish is just rude. Tibet will be free again b/c the Tibetan people will not stop resisting until the Chinese Govt is gone from Tibet.
