hi Nat,wow i think your testosterone is high becouse your spiro dose is kinda low,my clinic has me on 100 mg spiros 3 X a day n 2mg estradiols 2X a day,but yes i do 300mg of spiro a day,i used in house when i self medicated n their very reputable,what kinda luck u havin with your laser,r u doin laser?
Hey Nat, the new WPATH SOC changed the requirements of having a therapist be the gate keeper. I'm on the fence on this one though. Why, seeing a therapist helps you work through any other issues, but can also guide you to having a successful transition. My therapist was totally amazing!!!! Good luck with Progesterone, I'm dropping it....I just had a breast augmentation...see my videos. Great to see you in a better place!!! Hugs, Jamie :)

I am an old married man, but have always faced a problem that no one was aware of. When I see your determination to reach your goal, it makes me feel like a total wimp, and I served in vietnam as a Marine. My only friend is my wife.
