Cheers man! Yeah, I did this for uni. It was all filmed in my student flat with the cheapest camcorder in the world.

As Shamus entered the room, he was appalled by a gruesome scene. Three men lay dead on the factory office floor. He knew the local gangs, and their turfs; but none of the characters in this play carried their signatures. Thus, as the fog rolled out on the Thames, it appeared that once again Shamus, Private Eye, had more questions than answers.

He pulled a cigar from his trenchcoat and lit it against the backdrop of the crime scene, and in a deep rolling voice commented, "Let's get started."

I joke not, but this is actually one of the coolest things i have seen an amatuer filmmaker do on youtube. The two minutes it was on, it was all brilliant. Well done on the short!
