  • @jb7254 I eat meat and I understand that vegans can easily achieve a proper amount of protien and what is necessary. I have nothing against Vegetarianism unless the people who are vegans decide to shove it down omnivores throats. Get your facts from an unbiased source so you can understand the pros and cons of vegetarianism better. Kthnxbai

  • I'm fat now. GG

  • Wow calm the fuck down, are you a girl because you sound like it's your time of the month. I said, "Not consuming "Good Protein" which comes from meat, means "not enough" creatine, which helps our body build muscle mass."

I said "not enough", tell me have you seen a professional vegan body builder, no??? Well fuck me i thought so, you can continue bitching here but im out, i've got more important things to do that explain to ignorant people like you...

  • nice!!

  • Ewes raw diet! Might as well put an IV right into their veins for sustenance. What a horrible way to live.

  • @ando1135 try making this and then you can say whether or not it's horrible. looks fucking delicious to me!

  • Hey my moms name is Terri! :)

  • Anytime you make quotation marks with your hands, when you're using the term "cake" discourages me immensely, I'll stick to my diet of animal flesh and bee's legs.

  • This was a fabulous tasting cake - ultra simple, quick to make and everybody loved it! Thanks so much for sharing, those of you who think this is boring should try it.

I also agree that honey is not vegan. Bees lose their legs when the honey is collected from commercial operations. It's just wrong to steal their work and substitute with toxic white sugar. It takes one bee it's whole life to make half a teaspoon of honey for us to waste when we could use cruelty-free agave.

  • this has to be the worst cake ive ever seen ,just wrong....avocado in choc icing..yuck

  • How the fuck is this a 'Chocolate Mousse Cake', all i see is a bunch of nuts and the damn thing was not even baked...

  • @jb7254 If you think the only good proteins come from meat then you're either misled or just ignorant. Avocados, nuts, mushrooms the list goes on!

  • @xPythox Seriously, i don't even know why i'm wasting my time writing this to you. Not consuming "Good Protein" which comes from meat, means not enough creatine, which helps our body build muscle mass.

Please stop being ignorant yourself, believing such nonsense about being vegetarian...

  • @jb7254 Not enough creatine? Your body produces creatine naturally you don't need any extra and if for whatever reason you wanted it because you feel it'll make you big n' strong then it's available as a powdered extract.

  • @xPythox Again you're talking out of your rear, stop beating around the bush and just listen to me. Of course the body makes creatine, but only by breaking down protein molecules which you get by eating 'Good Protein'.

  • @jb7254 I've got many friends who are biology students and are nearing the end of their degree. humans don't need the proteins in meat. in fact, we don't actually need the proteins - if we eat enough of all 8 essential amino acids we can make all the proteins we need ourselves (since protein is just a chain of amino acids). These amino acids cannot all be found in meat and fish, but there are plenty of nuts and seeds that contain ALL 8 of them.

no, I'm not a vegan, but I do know a bit about food

  • @sacraficialangel7 I have already covered your points in past comments, please go back and read them because i can't be bothered to type it out again...

  • @jb7254 ok, so if vegans can't build muscles properly, how come there are perfectly healthy people who have been vegan for 20+ years? Why aren't they weak and malnourished? Surely if you lost all the ability to build muscle you'd die?

  • @sacraficialangel7 Wow calm the fuck down, are you a girl because you sound like it's your time of the month.

  • @jb7254 have you seen the muscles on some vegan raw food guys?

I don't know if I've ever seen a vegan body builder. I'll look into that.

I thought my name gave it away that I'm female dude. And for your information, when I'm on my period, I can't think due to fatigue, never mind argue on youtube, so go fuck yourself.

  • @jb7254 here: /user/liferegenerator#p/a/u/0/_Y5KwcmMZTU

tell me this guy guy doesn't have enough creatine

  • HAHAHA If i'm a fat ass dinosaur then you're a hairy assed diaper model.

  • @ComMANdeRSouR Mate i'm so with you on this, vegans are pretty silly to think that not eating meat is a good thing... Where the heck is their protein, good protein comes from fish and chicken...

  • @jb7254 Protein also comes from egg, soy bean & milk...:)

  • @jb7254 it also comes from leafy green vegetables (15% protein), nuts, seeds, mushrooms, beans, peas, etc. beans actually contain more protein per unit weight than any meat (check the label on a tin of beans and compare it to any meat of the same weight), and are EASIER to digest than any meat. There are very few proteins that we can use directly. most of them have to be broken down into amino acids for us to build new proteins. ALL 8 ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS CAN BE FOUND IN SEEDS.

  • ke skifo!

  • what the hell...Avocado in a Chocolate mousse cake?! THIS IS NAWT DELICIOUS

  • @nintenfreak14 did you try that? Sigh...I'm sick of tiny mind people....they never open for new/difference things.

  • @emokiss1987 yuh excuse me but I believe vegans are the ones afraid to try new things, go outside and make out with a tree you poorly named youtuber.

  • @ComMANdeRSouR Vegan is not religion, is a choice...And name is just a name, so what?....Your point of view is so medieval, how pathetic. But I couldn't careless to the like of you anyway...lol

  • @ComMANdeRSouR Oh and an idiot & poor guy like you will never know that vegans have created a thousand of new delicious dishes....And there are fusion foods restaurants that you may not have enough money to efforts...

  • @emokiss1987 Don't you mean "afford"... :)

  • @jb7254 Yes, thanks. :)

  • @ComMANdeRSouR I'm a girl and being vegan makes me healthier, look younger, and on the runway in Paris Fashion weeks! I could get as much hot guys as I want instead of making out with tree like you always do...You're just a fat ass dinosaur....How pathetic LOL

  • @emokiss1987 there are more meat eaters than raw dieters and they have no problem looking sexy and slim while still eating the things you claim are bad to your health. everything is good in moderation, vegan raw diet is just going too far. when you have to add avocado in place of butter in frosting, thats just going too far. and i feel bad for the "hot" guys you talk of, they probably get harassed by you when they chose a steak on the menu. maybe you just have sex and go. u sound like a slut.

  • This should be titled how to make a cake taste like tree bark.

  • @ComMANdeRSouR poor you...

  • Figs in cake? eew. Its pretty bad when you have to use bottle water for cooking -.-

  • Its elaborate and tough to understand...O.o

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

  • my, I love chocolate mousse!!!!!! yummy!!!

  • That heart shape looks like poo

  • Honey don't come from bees, they only make from the flowers. Its totaly vegan because comes 100% from flowers.

  • @wilberto21 Nectar comes from flowers, honey does come from bees...

  • I mean, a vegan can't use honey? That is quite sad. Can you eat anything other than piles of raw chopped up carrots and stuff. Must be pretty dull and boring after a while.

  • @thegreatbasher Yes, we can, as long as they don't harm bees. But in some countries they smoked bees till they dead...And, yes, we can eat a whole lot of tasty foods. Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Italian etc. They all have very delicious vegan foods. Just open your mind...they're lot of ways to enjoy eating without slaughtering animals. :)

  • I plan to make this for Valentine's Day.

  • Why didn't she wanna use honey...??

  • Honey is not vegan, since it comes from bees. Agave necture is similar to honey but comes from a cactcus plant.

  • bees are not harmed when making honey. they simply pollinate plants. if you're going to follow this mentality, then vegas wouldn't be able to eat anything bees pollinate (most plants)

  • Think the concept is just any animal products (including eggs, leather, silk) Plants not products of animals. I agree it's a little overboard thinking, well it's their life anyways.

  • @quinnym4 you get it wrong guys. 1. Some countries smoked bees till dead...Some don't. 2. Bees don't die after pollinating process...So we can still eat plants. 3. Bee pollinate mostly flowers. :)

  • thank u

  • Below is care of Nestle Chocolatier

  • I love Terri, she's great.

  • booooooooooooooring

  • Love chocolate mouse. It's outta date though.

I hate that storebought chemically whipped mouse, ya know. I need REAL cream. Dairy baby.

  • But you didn't say how much figs & cacoa in the cake.

  • what is it she used as substitue cocao?

  • Cacao refers to the pod, the beans within, and the pure paste of the bean. Cocoa is the powder made from the cacao bean, which is mashed into a paste and then pounded to extract the cocoa butter.

  • I'm loving the cake, but the upside down motion while she's putting the cake in the mixer just made me want to stop the video...really made my head spin. But other than that, AWESOME!

  • .,,.,.hmmm.,.,.

  • Thank you for sharing!

  • MARRY ME?

  • Interesting recipe but the cameraman is making me nauseous!

  • What does it matter to you whether she's vegan or not? She isn't hurting you or anyone else. What's your problem?

  • I am just discouradge by the need for people to complicate their lives. It doesn't hurt me sure, but it makes me reflect on the matter.

  • Complicate their lives? There are usually strong reasons why people become vegan. It isn't about complicating, it's about choice.

  • barbari18,

I am not vegan, but I know that it takes 15 Lbs of soy to produce 1 Lb of meat. We, in USA eat mostly meat because of marketing and corporative interests not because is better. You don't need to be a genious to realize that sooner or later we all are going to eat veggies if you want to make a sustainable living. Be prepared.

  • to be honest, the whole set up, including the cake... looks really ugly.

  • i want a mum like you

please make me a birthday cake and send it to scotland

    dx

  • what if she is vegan??? I know a lot of vegans who eat honey... Or I've just didn't understand well??

  • honey is an animal product. the vegan philosophy is no animal products such as silk, wool, leather, honey (made by bees) etc.

  • yes it is.

  • Could you use other nuts instead of cashews, for instance brazil nuts or almons, walnuts??

  • avaleila,

You can use my ex-wife. She is really nuts (bad joke) LOL

  • ha ha

  • Yes Alissa Cohen book rocks & Terri Rocks too ...cant wait to try this !
