My family saw this multi colored craft back in '69 in Northern CT but ours was not a boomerang,ours was seen on a full moon clear night but ours was completely round with lights rotating in a clockwise motion..We saw it at less than 1/4 mile at about 500 feet above ground,it just hovered for about 5 minutes.The same type was seen and photographed 20 years later in Waterbury CTat close range by an off duty policeman.This was real and we saw it at close range(my family).

In the 1980's my brother who lives in Carmel, NY saw a large object hovering over his home the size of a football field. All the neighbors were out looking up at this massive object that was hovering low near the tree line & moving very slow. My brother stated it was dark outside but was able to see the shape of it. It had a v shaped light formation but the object made no sound. Thousands of witnesses that evening included state police etc. This was a "1" piece object - not separate airplanes

No way it was multiple planes. I saw it in '88 near Katonah and the silhoueette was clearly visible.

I saw this first hand in 1983..... NO WAY AT ALL was it a plane or multiple planes....planes dont float noiseless

@jimmywrangles I happened to see that very group of ultra light aircraft fly over my home town. They made a very low distinguishable sound as well. It was discovered a short time afterwards as to the fact they were ultra light aircraft. It was a fraud.

There may have been hoaxers in planes out some night, but this phenomenon was witnessed on night's when there were no hoaxers out as well.

The Government probably put them up to it to confuse the issue as they are wonton to.

Yes in 1989 we saw the Wing Craft and Triangle

in NJ. We saw the Triangle first and as it went over the house I remember saying come back I want to see it again!Next thing was this huge craft now known as "The West Chester Wing",reported there. Imagine seeing 2in the same night.First I thought it was the same craft maybe opening to a wing.Like an plane with no plane part. Now I know better.

1000-1500ft, you could easily hear the engine of a cessna, let alone many small aircraft.For some strange reason, no fighter aircraft scrambled. They wanted you to see this, that's a FACT!, besides the law inforcement will throw people in prison for siting mass panic!.For all we know, they did try to scramble military fighter aircraft, but the craft were shut down!, dead on the runway.
