Heck, this dog was routinely fooled by a Furby. My old dog was once intimidated into backing down from a confrontation with a deer statue. It wasn't even a very realistic statue.
Heh. Well, really the dog is named "Lady" (after my original suggestion of "dog" was voted down), but in my house pets tend to accumulate nicknames: nutdog, yarpy, dingo....
Honesty compels me to say that as time has gone on, the dog has established a certain level of detente with the vacuum cleaner.
As far as that dog is concerned, Roomba has passed the Turing test.
