Thank you SO much for this amazing tribute ! It remembers me so vividly all these magic years when I followed Steffi's unique career since the very beginning... It was just so wonderfully fitting that she retired when she did, with nothing more to proove and single handidly putting the brash teen army of 99 in their respective places.

Monica Seles could have won 2 Calendar Grand Slams in 1997-1998 when Graf was injured, and tennis was ruled by a petulant puffball-serve Hingis, and then again in 2000-2001 when Graf had retired.

But Monica didn't win a single major, she simply wasn't great enough. She can't forever blame all her missed opportunities on Graf.

Monica was no good without Graf as a gold standard.

Steffii Graf is greatest woman tennis player of all time!

Steffi is no doubt the GREATEST TENNIS player man or woman! Her incredible records will never be broken especially with the Flakey Williams sisters, the non-dedicated Serbian sisters. She came close to tying Chris Evert's record of winning at least one slam for 13 years, Steffi did 10 Amazing Steffi I LOVE YOU!!!!
