Fix Broken SD Card Lock

I tried something a little different, I rolled up a piece of the foil from a yogurt lid and stuck it in there, it filled the space perfectly,

I would not use any metal for a job like tis. My concern is with a bit of metal coming loose (even with crazy glue) and floating around within my electronics.

just take the lil sticker from the SD chip and put it over the lil gap where the switch used to be works perfectly!!!!!

@TheSkaterKihd sticker and tape work, but they arent permanent, and they can cause the card to get stuck in camera or laptop slots.
