the best moist banana bread is made with buttermilk , eggs,oil brown sugar baking soda a bit of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and flour , salt and vanilla extract , wheat germ the buttermilk gives it a nice moist texture and rich flavor

I realise your getting lots of views but if you look at the comments and how I feel the title does not match the bread. This looks like wheat bread which usually isn't moist and very heavy. I viewed your blog on ingrediants and I think this would be better title Healthy Banana Bread since it's whole wehat apple sause zuccini etc.
