  • 1. It's T'ai Chi Ch'uan prounounced Tie Zhji (like "Zsa" Zsa Gabor) chew ahn

    2. This is GREAT but real instruction requires a live teacher to see your form, balance weight transfer and relaxation. Seek out a gentle instructor in your area.

Be still as a mountain, flow like a river.

  • please just put the whole form on you tube stop waffling and just film it or convert that old vhs you did years ago and upload that . and then start training some of your devottees to teach the form !

  • It would be great if you could share your practical knowledge of Yang style short and long forms on YouTube or in dvd releases...perhaps in a similar way to your Tai Chi Workout dvd...a huge project...yet we trust one that would be of great benefit to many beginners in TaiChi and those intending or thinking about taking up the Art as a daily practice. With the right marketing it could really work...would Nightingale Conant be interested?...best wishes in Being CCArisingForm..

  • Thank you Bdoctor
