The new "Spooks: Liberty" series is set in the "near future" and covers a "catastrophic event" affecting the whole of London. A group of new young MI5 recruits who "don't play by the usual rules" have to orchestrate the recovery operation from various remote locations somewhere outside the capital.. It will start in 2008.

I'm quite excited - unfortunately being in Australia makes it harder for me to obtain the series hot off the BBC sets (as we have only finished season 4 here on the ABC) - I downloaded season 5 when it came out and have just had the DVD arrive so had a rewatch over the past couple of days. Getting me excited about the new series -- will have to plead and beg my relatives and friends in the UK to tape it and send it down my way :P
