Im not that scared of flights...but I was kind of anctious when I was on my way to London a few years ago. The 9/11 - insident somehow sticks in the back of ur head, even though u know its likely nothings gonna happen. Not that very plesant, and the fact that ur sitting on a plane, makes it a bit different than with a boat, even a train.

@MJJrules101 well if its any consolation cockpit acess is virtuallt zero now! And if crew do need to get into the cockpit its far more complicated than just knocking!! on most modren planes there is a camera outside the cockpit door so the pilot can see whats happening before opening it !
