@A4Eaton actually no because they tested both againstt each other and the auto was a tenth second faster. this happens because to shift you let go of the pedal and all the power drops as to the auto it stays at 15 psi and keeps its pace

@abn562 Yea, I'm not trying to argue either. My friend has a 07 gxp and its pretty quick. My next car will be a 03-04 cobra. My cousin has a 04 cobra. hellion twin turbo kit and 967rwhp. Its crazy fast. On radials we spun them at 95 and on street tires, 115 :)

You can't compare a mustang to the Solstice. The Solstice is all modded, and is also smaller (weights less). But in terms of who would win, I'd say the Solstice of course. I own both cars (purchased a '08 Solstice GXP turbo-supercharged yesterday) and if you have me pick, once again I'd drive the Solstice all the way. Is just a nicer car, is like a mini corvette... and it gives eyes on the street (3 ppl already told me "nice car" while they never did on my mustang lol).

a 260hp car isnt "SLOW" by any means, a regular automatic v8 mustang isnt a bad car you get rwd a v8 300lb ft of tourque, nuthin to sneeze at, it will beat most of the civics and corrolas and all that stuff. but a gtp grand prix...ya, your big ballin, LOL get real.

actually they weight pretty close to the same at around 3000lbs each. they both have around 260 hp. mustangs in general fucking blow and the people that drive them are homos thinking there 260 hp v8 is fast

Have you heard a sky or sol with a test pipe and full RPi exhaust? Very exotic and deep sound. I had my friend pass me in mine a few times so I could hear it LOL. Any v8 mustang is a hard to beat in that area though....
