Rocky obviously may have felt a bit threatened or uncomfortable, this guy was clearly in his face and should have backed away. I'm amazed at the lack of security in the City complex (I live in Salt Lake City), since I am old enough to remember the tragedy of the assassination of Mayor Moscone and that faggot city worker Harvey Milk in San Francisco by that crackpot White guy a few years ago. Nobody in this country, Mayors or citizens, should feel threatened when they are in public.
There was a city cop just a few feet away from the mayor and when things got more heated @ 1:08 the cop started to walk towards them, so the cop was on it.

i have meet rocky, not the other guy. But rocky stands up for his principles and what he thinks is right. This other guy went on KSL radio and lied about the encounter. I'll take some small guy with principle over some hefty liar any day.
