The only reason he didn't wrestle was because the Tennesee Titans wouldn't let him. Even though he was suspended, Pacman was still under contract with the Titans and they didn't want to risk him getting hurt. All of that Pacman in TNA stuff was just for publicity, and last time I checked it worked. However, I will agree that it was boring and incredibly annoying the way that TNA gave him the tag titles just for jumping over people and tagging in Ron Killings.
