It doesnt say a Tattooo on his leg but it does say "On his robe at his thigh was written this title: King of all kings and Lord of all lords" . But, tattoos are not unbibical if they are for the right reasons. Like not boasting or for self righteous reasons.And thats hard to come across but I myself have two and I know many other with God honoring Tatts. And thats bibically correct. I use my tattoos as reminders. I have "PSALM 14:1" and "Forgiven Through Christ". Both used to always remind me.
