That was one of the most mindless reckless awful dangerous driving by the police car on the A380 towards Newton Abbot. I live in Devon and this starts from just after the Starcross/ Mamhead turning ending in Bishopsteignton nr Teignmouth. The speed which the policecar was traveling was so dangerous it made me cringe because at 1:27 there is a slipway for cars entering the A380 that is notorious for accidents and cars pulling out suddenly. There was no skill here just a bloody mindless twat

police officers are trained to conduct things like that, normal practice would be to catch him up and pull him over, as they attempted to do, but the biker fled, why did he flee, perhaps he was wanted for something else, or had something he really didn't want to be found?? the rider was much more dangerous than the officer, notice the police didn't overtake on blind bends... also he was well ahead of the police car when it was doing 144, indicating he ended up going a hell of alot faster than 95
@Gellvos i don't. i expect them to send him a court summons through the post and deal with the issue responsibly. do you know the difference between the kinetic energy contained in a 200kg motorcycle doing 95mph and a 1700kg volvo doing 144mph? that energy would be dissipated into anything they collide with, and if i had to choose i'd rather be hit by the bike any day.
by following they can collect video evidence which can be put before the court. This means that they can be kept off the road for longer therefore making the roads safer. The CPS very regularly refuse to send cases to court because of the lack of video evidence. At least now they have the evidence required for a strong conviction.
