The Island of Dr. Destructo

I'm making a remake of ZX Spectrum version of this game. I added a video-response with video of the latest version (as of 07.01.2012). So far, it uses sprites from speccy version, but I'm planning on replacing all graphics with more modern images later.

I used to love this game..... I don't know what made me think of it today, but I had to see if I could find it by randomly googling CPC464 planes sink ships, and here I am. I remember never managing to finish it, always running out of time rather than lives. Would love to see a remake :)

The game was programmed and designed by Eugene Messina. I did the remainder of the graphics. Nice to see it again after all this time.
