You get wifi from routers that are in house, companys, coffee shops, and restaurants generally because that place has multiple computers that need internet. You just happen to drive by the place and you ipod or iphone picks up that wifi and asks you to join it (if you have it activated to do that). But most of it is locked by a password. And idk why they make apps like that when the ipod has one on there..idiots.
