This is the best BTBW edit I've found so far. It mixes the "Easy Rider" intro with live (though lip-syncing) band footage. And it has the double rim-shot to the snare drum intro that the other vids chop out. That intro is one of the most immediately recognizable in the history of Rock. Jeff Porcaro did one like it on "Hold the Line".
