That's on Rocky Butte, which is right next to I-84. That red and white lights are there all the time, and the blue lights and the flashes are from the people who live in the neighborhood up there.

The flashes I have no idea what they were. If you look at the links another UFO was spoted down I5 the same day....

If anythings moving its the pilot of the helicoptor opening the door on the side and getting in. And I'm sure the tape got cut short because he realized it was a helicoptor and couldnt live with himself if he showed the "spaceship." I know a helicoptor when I see one.

Hi this is the camera man - first I have a sony dvd recording camera. It shakes anyway for the non-pro user. I was actually zoomed in at 20X The camera go to 800X zoom but I think after further research that you can only do 800X in the edit mode.

It shook so much becuase it was 200 yards away. Zoom that much with out a trip pod will give you that look if your not good at it watching your kid to on the side of the road.
That's a great point. The most logical answer I can come up with is a helicoptor between or behind the trees. The flashes are the pilot testing the helicoptors running and in flight lights. The red/amber light towards the top is in the center of the helicoptors blades. If you would have stayed a little longer you would most likely see a helicoport rise above the bushes on that private property and fly away .Thank you~
maybe dude but if u read the little green thing in the begining and end he says "The brush so fast - it was not on the digital camera footage when i uploaded it to a PC." so maybe the UFO had some sorta camo and hyper speed to get away when it fixed itslef lol :/ just thinking a bit
well what makes me think a little bit about is, it's on the side of a very very busy highway. And the light patterns are very much the same a helicoptor. i know this because I fly them from time to time. the red light on top is the easiest to explain as many older helicoptors have them at the center of the blades atop the roof. and the fact that he does not try to make his way closer is beyond me.
This is not a fake - I did have a stranger come to my house and ask for the original video. I don't believe in UFO's but I do have to say this was something from a place where they make things we have not seen as a general public. I am a skeptic but this was wierd...
