  • i feel ya girl. we just have to keep on keeping on. what a precious boy!!

  • Ohhhh your son is gorgeous.... I finally caught up with all your videos, and I can totally see your weight loss from your first video till now, you look great!!! I know how frustrating it can be gaining weight when you are doing everything right, but luckily its only 1 pound. Do everything you said, including not having an 1800 cal day and maybe you will get a swoosh of weight loss that you want, and if you don't, just keep it up, your body will have to let go of the fat sometime!! =) cindy

  • @CinThruThickNThin Thanks Cindy! I've been pretty dang good this week and tomorrow is my weigh in. I'm really hoping to be at least 2 lbs down. I have my fill on Friday and I can't wait! I'm actually looking forward to being on liquids for 48 hours, haha! Thanks for the compliment and for your support. I love watching your videos and your accent is awesome. :)

  • @swish Glad to hear it!!!! Thank you so much!!! LoL, I never really thought of my self as having an accent, where does it sound like I'm from to you?? =) Cindy

  • It's so frustrating when you're doing all the right things and you gain weight. If you feel puffy you probably are retaining water. I would look at how you're seasoning your food and make sure you're using things like Mrs. Dash, etc. There are lots of other great tasting seasonings out their. 1100 calories sounds like a lot. I thought we were supposed to stay under 1000, but maybe your doctor told you something different. Are you measuring and eating no more that 1/2-1 cup of food per meal?

  • @SunnyRain247 Thanks for the tips on Mrs. Dash, I'm gonna try that! Never even thought of that...my surgeon says to shoot for 800-1200 calories, and I've always had a 2lbs average loss when I'm on point and following my band rules. I eat 1 cup or less per meal. Thanks for the suggestions, I appreciate it! :)

  • @swish You're very welcome. I know how frustrating it is when you're doing everything right and things aren't going your way. And it's tough when you have little ones. Busy busy time in your life. Don't worry. The weight will start coming off again. :)

  • hey my lady! definitely agreeing with lauren on getting your water in - weight fluctuates all the time 'n maybe today was just an "up". have some advice for you though - i tried the whole "where i'm supposed to be at" on a calendar - found it to be more disheartening the bigger the gap got between what i was, and what i was supposed to be. goals are GREAT but maybe take it one step at a time. if youre anything like me, youll start to feel discouraged and give up. DONT GIVE UP! u can do this!! :D

  • @becksgetsbanded I drank 80+ oz of water today, so cross your fingers for me that I have a better weight tomorrow! I don't know what to do about the calendar. It's still possible to get to 199 by new years, I just have to kick ass. I might see where I'm at in a couple weeks and then adjust my chart so I'm not discouraged. Thanks for the support girlie, hope you're having a blast on your vacation! :)

  • Well you look radiant! I can get your frustration! Im sure you will see the weight loss next week.. Its happens sometimes.... Cant understand it but it does happen...It seems sometimes my body has a 2 week delay at times!!!!!!! Good luck !

  • @melijean36 I've noticed a 2 week delay for me before too!!! (in good losses AND bad losses!) I really hope to catch up some next week, thanks for the compliment! I appreciate your support so much!

  • Are you consuming too much salt? GOOD job with the exercise! :D Vitamins? Protein first? Sounds like you hit all the marks, though. Going to the bathroom? Circus in town? LOVE doing the WL chart - I find it very helpful! Fill will do you good! Are you SWEATING when you work out ~~what are you doing at the gym? Dex is cute as ever. Have a good week!!

  • @losingitwithrebecca I don't think I'm eating too much salt, we'll find out tomorrow lol! I'm sweating, but i'm not DRIPPING sweat, I definitely need to work on that. I wear a heart rate monitor so I know I"m in the right range for a good fat burning workout but I can always work harder, right? I don't go to the gym, I ride the recumbent bike or treadmill at home and we also have hand weights up to 15 lbs. I'm using the 5 lb-ers right now. Thanks for the pep talk girl!
