The horizontal toss (called a helicopter or whirly bird) is hardly even used anymore...they're a bitch trying to learn them too....when I was a captain on the rifle line at my university, we did them and I can't tell you how many black eyes, busted lips, etc........they look awesome, but hard to learn...at least hard to learn to do them the way they're supposed to be.
