Nice flying. I believe that two A1 Skyraiders were the only prop planes to shoot down a Mig jet in Vietnam with their cannons. They were trying to escape, turning around hills near the ground, and ended up head to head with a Mig going level between them, and they won the shoot out. The Mig got caught on their territory.

Very nice plane, and great flying too, very scale-like. The fuselage profile look a bit more rounded than the real thing. The full scale one has a more inverted U shape fuselage profile, and the second frame support on the canopy doesn't look authentic. Looks great all the same on the flyby!

that 4 blade prop makes a good sound. the A1 was the pinnacle os prop driven aircraft. it was probably produced too late though as jets were in full motion by then, but this plane did serve well in vietnam. its the culmination of 50yrs or warbird development and en extremely capable bird. the A-1 skyraider is deffo 1 of my faves.

I was just at Duxford Flying Legends airshow and I was there when it hit the wing of a P-51 mustang, the A-1 landed with a snapped off wing-tip, but the P-51 pilot ejected and the plane crashed into a field. Gorgeous plane pete.

@tbalankura Electric models don't have remote kills like gas planes. What he did was reduce throttle.  It's really unsafe to reach in on a live prop and what's worse is that he's setting an example for people that don't even see the risk. Another comment regarding this model: On your website, the advert says it is 100% RTF, includes everything, including a new "spectrum style" 6-channel radio system, lipo battery, etc. But then when you finally get all the way down to the bottom of the advert, it says radio system, lipo, etc "ARE NOT INCLUDED".
