  • Great video, very informative. I have my own version in D but I really like yours.

  • you pretty much have it down but instead of talking so much you should tab it out

  • nice---but too much yaaking---just play

  • Thank you so much brother!

  • thanks for this video

  • realy thank you for help us...you are cool JOE!!

  • BUFFALO SABRES! im a sabres fan, i live in Sardinia, its just south of buffalo. out by springville

  • Great stuff, but i prefer DAGDAD tuning, sounds a lot bluesier, but this is cool, don't have to lose time on tuning :)

  • Thanks man, I hate capo's!

  • If you want to be accurate you'll capo to the third fret, which puts it in the proper key of "F". Then you play D, G, A7. However, I do like it transposed to "G". Sound good.

  • good job bro

  • I just downloaded this version from the movie track off i tunes about a week ago because I figured it would be easy to learn. After a few days of struggling I found this lesson and It all make sense now. Awesome lesson! Thanks for posting!

  • Thanks for the lesson. Curious, what covers the sound hole?

  • Thanks a lot bro..I've been working on this piece for a while now. I've gotten pretty far on my own but there were some parts that I was stuck on. Again, thanks.

  • Thanks for the video man ! Great stuff !

Would it be possible to get the tab you're playing ?

  • @Grumlouze Sorry man, I don't have the tabs for this one, I just picked it up by ear. I think there's a tab book available for the O Brother Where Art Thou soundtrack though.

  • @Joemackus A tab in the video might be useful because some parts are a bit confusing, but great video anyway, wanted to learn this song for so much time!

  • @Grumlouze Great job! Do you have more?

  • Nice Joe! I have been trying to learn this song and there wasn't a good instructional video to found until this one.

Great stuff my friend, my D-28 is sounding excellent with this.

What guitar are you playing there?

  • @1USAFVET Thanks! Glad I could help! That's a Washburn D-10 ceq/sb I just picked up used a few weeks ago, I'm loving playing it.
