  • Will try soon, can one make without the pine nuts, though? (THOSE are VERY expensive!). Will also add some Nutritional Yeast to mine. Thanks for the info and posting the vid, been looking for a dairy free, soy free, cheese sauce for a long time :)

  • can you post your cheese making vid i know this is similar but i want cheese. and do you know how to make a thick dairy free cream if you do and can give/show the recipe i would be sooooo happy the store brought stuff is crap and thin. love your video's and can't wait to try both your dairy free recipes

  • Great video. However, if you wish to have your own show than you should start making videos that keep the audiences attention (have some ingredients already measured and ready to go). Many people will close the video if there is too much waiting for the recipe to progress. Even if stories you tell are interesting, your recipe should not lag (fumbling with platic bags, etc.)

  • your grocery bill must be like a thousand dollars just to stock your kitchen.

eating raw is very expensive .

  • @redn40 I agree. To eat mostly raw, one's food bill has got to very high!!

  • @shippermd No,it really isn't. You don't live on nuts anymore than you would just live on cheese. The focus is fruits and vegetables, and recipes such as this one are really condiments. I eat raw, and my food bill went WAY down, as did my medical costs. I discovered that when I fed my body the nourishment it craves, I get full faster. Yeah, nuts are expensive, but then so is steak, chicken, roast, chops, and all dairy products. Seven bucks for a gallon of milk is very high. :) xo

  • I am so upset! I went to unpause it after coming back to my computer and accidentally hit the rating! How can I unrate it? This is a 5 star video!

I am so sorry. I want to fix it.

  • Were you able to loose weight, eating nuts?

  • Yes I just read a research that said almonds actually help in weight loss. As nuts have good fat.

Fat is not bad, good fat infact like coconut oil and in avocado and in nuts, olives, flax seed are good for you. Ofcourse does not mean that you start binging on these.

  • Thanks! for replying to my comment.
