Watch your pitch on the first "close your eyes" and a couple other places. Instead of just covering your face on "God, it's breaking my heart," cover them and then slowly drag them down the sides of your face. Look up toward the sky when you say "heaven knows." At wide awake when you removed your hands you were smiling. You should be looking wide eyed and hurt.
