1) I've had a real drumkit for years before this game

2) I spend maybe 8-9 hours a week on video games, and I haven't even this in months now

3) I'm majoring in video and television, not drumming, so this isn't a career for me

4) Real drums are awesome, but for youtube videos, real drums don't have leaderboards, scores, note ratings, or a visual representation of what you're hitting for non-drummers/musicians to follow along and understand how "good" you're "playing".

I play real drums, people watch these videos for the above reasons I listed: because they involve scores (competition), coordination, and rhythm. Numa Numa is famous: do you think all its viewers are singers?

...Really? Do you know music? How many times have you heard Alter bridge play in odd time signatures? On many Percussion websites, ticks and leeches is named the most impressive, and progressive drum track recorded to date. Daney Carey Is an excellent musician. Although I love alter bridge. They will never be able to create the musical soundscapes that tool does. One cannot base how "good" a band is based on opinion. It's subjective. Tool is musically, and technically more sound.

it's harder because:

-much tighter timing window on Drummania than on RB or GH

-more drums = more complex charts possible

-No star power/overdrive to get through hard sections

-You fail out much faster by missing notes

-Note accuracy rating system means that 2 full combos of the same song can drastically differ in score, you can't just hit the notes, you have to be accurate

-Some songs on Drummania are made specifically for the game, meaning they're extremely difficult
