Hi! I love watching your videos! They are really funny. When is your next video? Also, I have a question can you answer it in the next video? Here goes: Which way is faster to sprout an avocado seed? With soil or with toothpicks in water? Also, Can you show how to propagate plants? Thanks alot!
@Incredibleisaac2 Hi Isaac - The best way to grow an avocado seed is NOT with tooth picks. I grow mine in sand until it is ready to plant in potting soil. Seems as if only 1 in 5 take. Also, most avocado seeds will not produce fruit. Some do... but in most cases you will just end up with a cool tree. My next vids will be about growing outdoor plants indoors. And, don't worry about your cold sore! I once had a burn after I got hot pizza stuck to my face!
:-) That's ok! The one thing I don't think that I meantioned in the video was that for a hydroponics garden, the water needs to keep circulating and in motion. It's not necessary for some plants like wheatgrass, but it is necessary for most vegetable plants.
Well yes, the service is much better at Home Depot, but the prices are better at Lowes. But, I learned that Home Depot will match Lowes prices AND give a 10% discount. So I'm riding the fence!
from this logic i'd be falling off the fence on home depot's side...
in my area you have to shop both... they each have things that are cheaper on certain things.lowes will sell 'X' cheaper while homeD will sell 'Y' cheaper. plus they seem to be fighting over which carries which brands.
Naw... you're not rambling! I agree about shopping around. What I like about Lowes is that you can compare prices online. Prices on some things are cheaper if bought on sites like eBay, shipping included. There are some items where brand makes a difference for me - like Miracle Grow. Others... not so important. :-)
Thanks for answering. Great tip. And by the way, what cold sore?
