I had one identical to this, although mine was called a 1620. I think it was a model from 1996, Although I bought it as old stock in about 2001.

I remember it took a full credit card size SIM card!

It was such a shame I got rid of it!

I also remember it you could only write texts in capital letters!

i have a similar one but a newer on probably year 2000, and i use it all the time, got a iPhone for Christmas but i packed it away because i find this one i have more reliable and better.

nfader(dot)z-host(dot)ru/ . There you can calculate your phone master code witch works like security code. Remove simcard from phone and dial *#06# to get your imei code
