Caro BadMoon hai ragione Alan Rickman è fantastico lo adoro ma questa serie televisiva ha protagonisti meravigliosi, forse Kate Winslet mi piace di più nel ruolo di Marianne ed è anche più bella come è scritto sul libro..Mi dispiace che non riesco più a vedere la serie con i sottotitoli in Italiano mesi fà ci sono riuscita spero di trovare il DVD in vendita da qualche parte come P&P con Colin Firth..Ciao

I am sure this is a more faithful adaptation of the book but Ang Lee's direction for the film was brilliant. Different mediums for different purposes.

This not only blows the other S&S away, but it may be the all time best Jane Austen adaption ever made! It is beautiful, and very faithful, with perfect actors. I like Emma Thompson, and all the actors in the older movie, but that version was difficult to watch after reading the book.

I remember seing this several months ago, now I'm reading the book for uni for the first time and I realise how faithful to the novel and really good this adaptation is!

This one does look really good....but I still don't think it can be better than the other version. Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Kate Winslet, and Hugh Grant? Can't beat that!

I still prefer Alan Rickman as Colonel Brandon, but this BBC serie looks very good! Love BBC series!
