I have 3, lol. They allow me to see the same you see more angles than the ones on the sides. They look backwards but in diagonal. Good for roundabouts, yields, stops, etc... Sometimes I don't even have to turn my head to look side-backwards from the windows. It's a bit freak, I know, but gives me more enjoyment while driving. Besides, a couple of times I saw bikers that else I would not have seen, so not bad at all.
You only need a car with bluetooth. I admit it's cool, the old one didn't have it. I can just drive and hear people talk on the radio speakers, while the mic is next to the rear mirror, all bundled in car. Oh, and I can see all my contacts on the onboard computer screen and call :P
Yeah it's just next to where I live, a few miles away. This area is allways green like that, there're lots of mountains around and the sea it's just few miles away too. And about summer rain... I don't exactly know what that means?
I live in the tropics: we get all our rain the Summer (5 metres!) - our "wet" season and virtually none in Winter - our "dry" season. In Perth (Western Australia), they have wet winters and dry summers: the opposite of us. Melbourne gets its rain spread fairly evenly over the whole year - < 50mm's each month. That's what I meant: do you get more rain in summer or winter?
OK, I get it now... well, we don't have that here. We have what we consider... normal weather. This is, in summer we get more sun but can also have some rainy days or storms. In winter we get LOTS of rain, but can also have some sunny (but not hot) days. Usually the dam/reservoir/lake are all full in this area, and sometimes they even have to open to let some water go. But it's not the same in all Spain. Some parts are really dry. Not here (well, you see the trees ;-)
Hmm, well I don't know if you serious or just breaking balls...
But in any case I'll tell you. In my invoice from May, it says I've spent 0.86 euro in calls to fixed phones. That should answer the question about why I don't want to get registered in a service of 3 euro minimum per month.
That makes sense now. Fixed-line phones are less important these days, aren't they? I mostly call people on their mobile now and vice versa when people want to contact me: they call me on my mobile.
Ha! You use your hands when speaking.. that's what we consider a classic Spanish mannerism... I'm sure it's very useful for communicating when on the phone! ;-)
In Australia, we can register our numbers on a "do not call" register so that we don't get calls from telemarketers. I guess that doesn't prevent your existing service provider from calling.

I see, to reduce blindspots. I really hate turning my head at 50 MPH on slip roads. Good idea!

P.s. great country-side that you were driving through. Is this near to where you live? Very green at the moment. Do you get summer rain?

If it is a mediteranean climat: warm(hot) and dry summers and mild, wet winters.

Yes, but now you've got us all curious... why *don't* you want to reduce your call costs??
