Yes, certainly this is a copy of Paul Henka's 'Diana' . I dont generally go for copies and I dislike copycats. But this one is quite ok. Shammi enlivens the song. Asha is perfect in conveying her emotions. Rafi Oh God words are not enough . Usha Khanna is the composer and I wont give her high marks because all her songs in Dil Dekha Dekho are copied from different sources.

The origin is sung by Paul Anka, "Diana". Famous song in Germany, too, in the fifties. Sung by german singer/dancer Peter Kraus. Paul Anka is on concert tour in Hamburg, Germany this month.
