As it says, it focuses on solutions, not on problems. On the client/patient's needs, not the therapist's. On constructing - together - positive reality. On choice. On listening to what the client says. Simple, not easy… I would advise you to google all sites related, starting with names like Steve de Shazer, Insoo Kim Berg, Yvonne Dolan.

Bravo ! ! Il était temps que quelqu'un s'intéresse, an France, à cette discipline majeure de la thérapie : La thérapie brève centrée sur la solution. Pour ne citer qu'un exemple du retard français, on ne trouve aucun bouquin sur ce thème dans la plus importante librairie de Bordeaux. Incroyable !! Sur une échelle sur laquelle 100 représente l'état idéal de la France en matière de facilitation au changement sur le mode relationnel, où nous situons nous aujourd'hui ?
Désolé pour la réponse tardive. Sur l'échelle de 100 ? 3 ou 4 probablement, mais ne pas oublier que de Shazer considérerait ce 3 ou 4 comme une ressource !
