@daz45 don't feel so sorry for iran. people who choose tennis are basically sounded. he chose to entertain. that's what his uniqueness. he can become a player and compete, but he will lose his style. So kept it that way. Thumbs up if u agree.
The moral of the story: When you're incapable of playing a decent game of tennis, resort to silly on-court antics to distract the fans from your lousy game play.
He a legend yet he should have at least one one of the 4 majors. i mean, we can all see he has some talent. This guy could joke around for a few games, then win the whole thing, yet he choses to fool off.
I can't help but watch bahrami and feel a little sad that if he had been given the proper funding and training by his country he could have been the GOAT. But thats just Iran for you they have so much talent in sport but they refuse to invest.

Actually he was banned from leaving Iran, and stopped from playing tennis because the Iran government viewed it as a bad sport.
