Rock Band is for rock music fans (i.e., almost everyone) who want to hang out and play a fun, accessible video game. It's just as real as Halo 3, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and every other video game out there (which are not). We love pretending to shoot aliens and save universes, perhaps we love to pretend to be rock stars as well... and sing loud at parties :) Still Alive is for fans of Portal and/or "GUNS-R-BAD" protest songs. He wrote this song For vavle, you know the makers of Half-life, Team Fortress 2, and Portal. The song is in Portal. it was one of the games year in 2007. You know, it's possible to do something NOT to impress people. It's a video game. It's not meant to make you feel like a big man for beating a song in the game, it's meant to have fun with other people playing to great songs. Like SefanGagne said, of course it's not real instruments. I don't think real guitars are made out of plastic. EVERYONE knows they're not real, and they don't care. It's simply a game you have fun playing, not some tool to enhance your manliness. Why is that so hard to get?
