@sabresfanbay I used allot of ingame stuff to decorate it. And I used the console (tilda) to spawn quest items and npc's to make it look nice =D you can download the savegame in the description.

@roman11777 The ghosts dissapear after the quest and the house is restored to it's full glory =D it's wurth it, and it has a special atmosphere.

@MasterMarillion Thanks =P. Yeah I never made a mod for the beniras manor with the SDK. I used the constructor allot, still have tons of unfinished mods, but in oblivion you could experiment allot with the console, and as you see it's amazing what you can do :P. Now adays I use the fallout 3 SDK sometimes. Maybe I'le remake the whole idea from scratch and make a mod from it.

1. No, there's spawned inside the game.

2. No same as above.

3. Yes ^^ I think all chests are safe.

4. It's not a mod, I spawned all that stuff inside the console while the game was running. So only that savegame has those add-ons. But if you really want a mod like that you can search for them, or I could make this little add-on as a mod for you.

I don't think they respawn, but that doesn't matter because I don't think they wil dissapear. (The skeletons are the bones btw, I used the console to resurrect them).

You open the console using Tilde ~ key and the type this command + the code of the npc or item:

player.placeatme (code of the thing) x

So the code and x stands for ammount, space in between.

The code for the dark guardian =

00088FA6

So you type in:

player.placeatme 00088FA6 1

and press enter to comfirm, the 1 stands for the amount of items you want to spawn.

It's dark hashshashin_armor from the mod hashshashin_armor (assasins creed armor mod). You can only get it f you download and install the mod.

For download i suggest planetelderscrolls.

How/Where can you get Full elven Armor or full dwarven armor with weapons?

When you level your character armor will het available as you get higher. Then you will find certent armors in loot chests or people.

Here is a list of armor and weapon types you wil find at these levels.

Level - Light Armor - Heavy Armor

1 - Fur - Iron

3 - Leather - Steel

6 - Chainmail  - Dwarven

10 - Mithril - Orcish

15 - Elven - Ebony

20 - Glass - Daedric

Highway Men are a good way to get good stuff, or just go into a dungeon with many enemies.

If you have shivering isles, when you first go up to the giant monster it will kill an army of soldier people and one with full dwarven armor will run away. You can kill this guy and take all the armor. As for the sword and shield I got them from the grand champion fight in the arena.

Go to Reynald Jemane at Chorrol, and start his quest, then speak to Guilbert Jemane to do the follow up quest. After the follow up quest speak to Fathis Ules at Chorrol to do the last quest. Then you will be rewarden with the shield.

The quests in order :

1. Separated at Birth, 2. Legacy Lost,

3. Sins of the Father.

alright first off he is not a bandit he is the origanl owner of the house. he got involved in necromancy and the people killed him. this house comes with a quest and it cost 5000 gold so it is one on the cheapest houses .and it is not a evil laer it a necomancers shrine

You don't need to put them into the oblivion data folder but in my documents folder.

Here is my directory :

And then 1 of them is the right one.

U wil learn the seller is in the imperial city,go find him and speak to him.

After a day he should appear at the Counts arms again in anvil.Go inside the house and finish the quest in the basement.

After that the house is renovated.

I also had trouble finding it at first but he is at some rocks i thought and there should be a skeleton just next to that little island to the west.I use that 10 second waterbreathing allot of times.U can use it

every 15 seconds and it cost almost nothing from ure mana,power wathever,good luck finding it ule need it,and ty u like my house :D

Buy it :) then go check out ure new house at the east part of town.

The house is real :),i slightly altered the

basement but the house is obtainable by quest.

U should go to the western edge of the map to a town called "Anvil".Then go to the tavern on the west part of town.

Find him and go back together to open the portal.He wil wait in the tavern it might take a day for him to show up.
