  • omg i couldnt even finish.! the burn feels great though.!!

  • How many times a week do your perform this exercise? Is 3- 4 times a week ok? I wouldnt mind switching it, just to rest those muscles.

  • this had me dripping in sweat thanks ~!!

  • @arabbeuty15 Awesome!! Thanks for checking in and commenting. xo

  • Should I breath during the exersices or hold my breath?

  • @xXSidneyOo Always keep breathing! You should never be holding your breath.

  • wow, this is very sexy and beautiful, i like it

  • okay i juss tried this im a heavy girl and im trying to lose weight i know this is supposed to be for the stomach but i did not feel anything happen in my core it kinda hurt my legs and my hands ..... is that supposed to happen cuz yeeea i did everything right i think and now the only things that hurt are my arms and my legs isnt my stomach area supposed to hurt ...

  • @MusicFreak217 First of all, nothing is supposed to hurt when you're exercising... if it hurts, don't do it! Normal "burn" is ok, but not pain. Whenever you're working out, try to engage your core by actively pulling your belly button back toward you spine. That will strengthen your core and make every exercise move more effective and efficient.

  • @MusicFreak217 i think it's really hard to know what to move, when you start working out. it's like muscels you don't normaly use and you have to wake them up. if that makes sense ? when i tried to move my stomach aria it just burned in my legs, cause thouse other muscles wasn't use to being used, so natuarly i just moved my legs cause thouse i was use to useing. .. it got a lot easyer after some time.(my english aint that good - hope you got it)

  • @MusicFreak217 Don't worry if you're not feeling the burn yet! You probably haven't utilized those muscles in a while. What you can do is try and squeeze your ab muscles while you do the workout to get them working! Try and distribute your weight the best you can, because you don't want to hurt your joints! But good luck and keep going! Don't let it get you down!

  • great work out.

  • Thank you. I'm looking for new and great exercise routines that I can do everyday and this is it. Great work! :D

  • I love ur workouts..they seem really simple..but was wondering...if u are starting from ground zero...what would u suggest for beginners...I dont' want to do anyhting too strenous...so was wonderin if u have anything that's less strenous...first time working out again, and I need some guidance, thank u.

  • @tabaahi10 All of my workouts are tailored for beginners. If you find the number of reps, time, or rounds to be too much, just back off and go at your own pace. They're designed for you to be able to do whatever you can and increase the intensity each time until you can complete the full workout. Because they use your own body weight, they're perfect for people who don't go to the gym or own equipment. Thanks for watching and let me know how everything goes! xo Bex

  • Thanks for the tips! It's surely a fun routine.

  • I love ♥ this routine! I'm definitely gonna try it =þ

    thaks!!!

  • isn't it generally considered that it's harder for girls to do pushups than it is for guys?.. i'm not sure how correct it is but isn't that what is mostly believed?.. not being sexist or anything. dont want to be accused by some femnist of female bashing lol

  • @tarun1982 In general, women tend to have less upper-body strength than mean, but that doesn't mean we can't do pushups just as well. In fact, my upper body has always been stronger and faster to develop than my lower body. :)

  • @genghisgirl well thanks :) and my respects for the work u do.

but it was the girl in the thumbnail who brought me to this video whoever that is lol

  • @tarun1982 That "girl" in the thumbnail would be me, in Belize in 2008 :)

  • @genghisgirl :O :O .. and you teased us with that pic ... to get us to watch this and make us healthier right?.. for the good of mankind :) so no complaints.

cant demand to see that pic in full size anyway so ... :P

  • @genghisgirl Yep. I first began working on push-ups back in Feb of 2010 and at first started off with "wall push-ups." By about April I could do the "girl" push-ups on my knee's and now days I can generally do about 30 regular push-ups if I've been doing them regularly. I've definitely gotten a lot stronger. So it may take some time but women can do them just fine. Look at women trainers like Jackie Warner, Jillian Michaels, Cindy Witmarsh. All do push-ups. :)

  • @genghisgirl Oh and I think it depends on your fitness level too. When I began doing them I was terribly out of shape and couldn't even do one "girl" push-up so it took me some time. :) But I love them now days and one of my favorite things to do.

  • how long will it take you to lose..say 1 stone?

  • I´v been reading your comment´s about nutrition and I have to say that you dont seem to be gettin anywhere near enough protein´s!!

Complex carbs (whole grain products) are ofcourse a must, but without the sufficent amount of proteins (before and after workouts) you will NOT gain the maximum result´s from your workouts.

  • @Marumize How much protein humans need is actually a matter of great debate. Americans eat far more protein - particularly animal - than the rest of the world This contributes to many health issues that I am happy that I don't have to worry about. In my FAQ, you'll also see that I raise my own chickens for organic eggs which provide more than enough protein in my diet. My level of energy with 3 kids (and 1 on the way) and blood-work results are indicators of health - not my protein intake.

  • @Marumize And while complex carbs are a great source of energy, whole grains (or any grains) are absolutely not a must.

  • @genghisgirl I´m a personal trainer and bodybuilder/powerlifter so I approach this subject from a diffrent perspective. To maintain and build the maximum amount of muscle mass one need´s to get 2,5-3 grams of protein per kilogram of your own bodyweight. And that is lean bodyweight. So one needs to know ones bodyfat% to get the accurate amount of proteins.

And if talking about a serious and professional athelete like myself then complex carbs are a must.

  • @Marumize I'm very familiar with the bodybuilder diet. I'm a personal trainer as well and my mother was a competitive bodybuilder. I grew up in a gym. The problem with that sport - like many others - is that you're putting the body through a tremendous amount of stress over time... through the actual activity and the diet. It's definitely fun to watch and I admire the discipline of bodybuilders. I'm just happier being in shape and having long-term good health and vitality.

  • @genghisgirl That is absolutely true that bodybuilding and powerlifting put´s your body under a tremendous stress over a long period of time. That´s why one has to take proper care of one´s nutrition. I myself have been training since I was 7 years old. And I will probaply train as hard as possible till I drop! ;) Once you get accustomed to a certain level of strength and fitness it´s unlikely to be satisfied with anything less.

  • Hey, Bex, do you have advice for pre and post workout snacks (to eat immediately before and after) or do you not subscribe to that theory?

  • @PeaceUdo Bananas and potassium rich foods are great for post-workout because they help ease muscle pain. For pre-workouts, it's anything that tastes good and doesn't make me regret it during my workout :)

  • @genghisgirl LOL! Good idea about the bananas!!! I will add that to my own regime.

  • wow, your workouts are effective, but dont make me dread them because you make them fun with the unconventional movements, and are only a few minutes long.

  • @JOO259 Thanks for the comment! I'm glad the format works for you :)

  • do u need to watch the way u eats after doing this workouts?

  • @chaceurs I'm always careful about my food choices, but that doesn't mean I deprive myself or count calories. My favorite pre and post workout snacks are green smoothies, bananas, grapes, carrot sticks, or any other combo of light fruits or raw veggies.

  • @genghisgirl do u eat food such as rice, chicken sandwich, spaghetti and etc??or do u need to stay away from that kinda food?

  • @chaceurs brown rice - yes, chicken - no, whole grain pasta - yes, sprouted bread - yes. and I LOVE marinara sauce.

  • @genghisgirl i see...lately ive been eating bread for breakfast then a green apple afterwards..i skipped lunch cause i eats my breakfast late around 10/11am,then around 6/7pm,for dinner i ate a small bowl of noodles and a green apple.is it an efficient way to loose weight or its not healthy for my body?i often feel tired at night...

  • whats the music at 6:05

  • luv this video :) totally helping me. thnx!

  • nice ass

  • Hey Bex I wanna c ur stretch marks

  • @quepasarick omg, no! just believe that I have them ;)

  • have you had a tummy tuck?

because its in possible to get a body like yours after haveing three kids i ahve too and im only 19 and my body is nothing liek your and i work my ass off

  • @Brunewicz I have absolutely NOT had a tummy tuck. I nursed all three children for 2 years each, I eat a clean organic whole foods diet, and I exercise and strength train regularly. All three are crucial to regaining a pre-baby body. I could show you my stretch marks to prove it, but I think you believe me ;) Check out my website and blog for how I stay fit everyday.

  • @genghisgirl wow you totally dont look like you have ever had a baby... the girl in the video i mean...

  • sexy!

Can you do his squats when you carry a guy?

  • Your ass is perfect. Your hard work really shows. 1:56 good work.

  • This is really good for the days I don't work out at the gym. I wonder how many calories you burn doing 3 rounds of this?

  • loving all ur videos!! :0) keep it up girl!!

  • IT BURNS!! Haha, but it feels great :). By the last circuit I was pretty tired but it was a lot of fun (I like that you put music in the background so it's not just a bunch of periods of silence)! I love dynamic and time-effective workouts like these. Thank you for sharing!

  • Great routine!

  • i just did this exercise and i love it! i'm a beginner and find it difficult to do the other exercises that other health gurus do, but this was great - i was able to perform all of them, AND i def. felt a burn! thanks so much!

  • i love your shape ! what is your diet like? can you explain carb cycle please . i heard it is good

  • @yogashot thanks! my diet is on my channel page in the "about me" section under "faq".

  • looks cool

  • What muscle groups does the downward dog exercise work?

  • @ahhiitsalex chest, upper arms, hamstrings, core (abdominals and lower back), upper back

  • Great Video and Work out thx for sharing lady!!

  • This looks great- can't wait to try it!

  • @sweetcharade518 Let me know how it goes! xo

  • Hey! I like the butt! heheh You forgot to tell us the breathing tips.

Not sure if my Screen monitor sucks but your video is kind of dark. Over all i likey the vids. Keep up those butt up! LOL!

  • @XghostriderrX the video is dark... I noted in annotations that my good camera wasn't available. Oh yeah, remember to breathe ;)

  • Wow that was coool

  • great workout!!! I will definitely give this one a try. thank you for making these videos, i know how time consuming they can be!

  • WOW!!! you make it seem soo easy!

  • This is a great workout!! How often should I do it... can it be done everyday?

  • @MommyReporter It's best to give muscle groups a rest for a day or two before you workout that particular group again. I do core work everyday, but I mix up the actual exercises... I have plenty of videos that feature core workouts. In my "One Month" series, every "Part 2" is a core workout. There are also several more in "Superhero Workouts"

  • like always great wokout! u've got a super breath :) love ur arms at 6:18 ;)

  • Hi! What do you think of steppers? I've been using one because it is small and easy to use at home...but I am beginning to wonder if it has any effect at all??? Thank u :)

  • @peaceandveggies I LOVE steppers... I use mine in a bunch of my videos. They're great for plyometric exercises.

  • I like this workout. Thanks I will work it in to my routine.
