Part 6... I went from 350lbs to 195lbs, but it was a 2 year process, but I've also stayed at this weight for 5 years with ease. I hope you can do it, best of luck.
Part5...Takes about 25 days to really start feeling better. There is no healthy way to losing 10 lbs a week, forget it. Take your scale and throw it away. Time to time get your body fat % taken and work with this. Day to Day your weight can go up/down by 10lbs just by salt and water intake. Do not let people tell you what to eat or how to exercise, you have to find foods you like and exercises that feel good for you.
Part4..Ignore all the hype, and read learn the powers of food for yourself. Night Sugar cravings throw some blueberries, yogurt, and a bit of fat free pudding in a bowl. It is very hard to get to this point I know this first hand, I use to get up at night and eat everything in the fridge. I did realize it is never too late to transform yourself. For me it is about being healthy and feeling good. Takes about 25 days to really start feeling better.
.Part2... I suggest taking a health and fitness course to start. Shopping in the Grocery Stores pay close attention to the top and bottom shelves, the centre shelves have most of the crap or empty foods. Think ahead always at least 1 day and Plan Meals; don't just grab anything the last minute. Eat frequently small meals 5 or 6 a day if you can, and choose whole foods high in fiber and protein.
PART 1...Hey you can do it, Problem is it is an addiction and the Fast Food Restaurants know this. The Mixture of Fat and Sugar has a similar affect as to Cocaine that is no joke. Why do you think the average Combo consist of a mountain of sugar and Fat. Diets do not work period. You have to Study your body, and eat and exercise for what works for you. You are your best chance.
dont laugh at me, dont call me names, dont take your pleasure from from my pains, skin the cats when available. NEW SONG IN!
Good luck with the weight loss, it's really not as scary or difficult as you probably image. If a lazy overeater like me can do it you can definitely do it!
Track what you eat, you will probably be very surprised, I use a site called thedailyplate which really helped me. If you don't mind me adding, I saw the video 'Chocolate walls' and I think you may need to learn a little more about calorie content, for example the calories in a family sized bar of chocolate is about the same as a complete meal of chicken, rice, beans, salad etc. The website I suggested really helps you get a handle or the really calorific foods.
I did it all through exercise, but of course after I started exercising I started to track my eating so that I could understand how much I would need to work out to balance myself for the day. I didn't want to 'undo' a jogging session by having just one serving of lousy fries or a slice of pizza. If I had worked out hard I would have a large dinner and if there were calories left over I could have some wine or beer, desert, or chocolate, whatever I wanted.
It sounds like you are in the mindset to lose weight! I suggest exercise above all else, start at home with gentle exercise each day. I promise that after a while you will miss exercising if you don't do it. And that is not advice from a slim fit person, only 5 months ago I was obese. I got to a stage where I realized that my weight was interfering with my life and the things I wanted to do and I knew I was heading towards a future of disease and pain if I didn't change something in my life.
Yeah! That's the way to look at it. You can do it but don't change your lifestyle too drastically! Do it stage by stage. Check out the biggest loser website for some tips and motivation.
Btw, taking pills too frequently is not good for you either! You might want to stop on that too or else that would lead to another problem.
I know it's hard.
But at the end you well realize it's rllyyyyy worth it:)

Thanks for the support! I have been to the BL website (I think) but you have to pay to really see anything. Was I on the wrong one?
