This is not how you do it...your diagram of the two contorsionists. One is too tall for the legs therefore they HAVE too be hidden in the table box... But when they join together you say that he now magically fits into the trousers therefore it is impossible for your explanation too be possibly correct unless the bottom person has shrink around 10 inches

Read David Blaines Book "Mysterious Stranger" and then revisit this explanation and know this explanation is highly unlikely. Blaines account of a similar illusion many years ago would seem a much more likley explaination. There are like most illusions more than one way to reach the same effect. One guy jumping with another guy on his shoulders in the position shown would seem highly unlikley or an incredible feat of strength however this appearS effortless. Fun to think about anyway. Yesterday Kevin Jones was in an Italian TV show and did the same illusion. The last part where the two bodies was recomposed was cutted out by the american tv show but not in the italian. Actualy the girl takes the body out of the scene for a few seconds and then she cames in again. In that short time, probably, one of the two guys jumps out of the scene.

What the Americas got talent version doesnt show you,is when the upper half is moved from the table/box,the legs run off stage with the box.the nurse then gives chase.when she returns,she has a different pair of "legs".So when the doc is stapled back up,the top half man puts his own legs into the "new"legs.thus what you finally see is the 1 man,who can jump about and move quite normally.
