Hmmm....methinks someone didn't get permission from Carl Fischer to arrange this, and should probably not advertise that they broke copyright law by putting it on YouTube. Of course, it may be too late. Every publication house now has an unofficial " YouTube guy" who searches for violations of copyright.
I would take this down. @horndevil is right. David never lets anybody arrange his music. Total violation of copyright here.
