IMO you can't make a smooth 4 frame run. You need like 5 frames of the run itself, plus umm... 2 or 3 frames of easing. So that makes at least 7... let's say 6 frames.. :)

A GOOD run always exists out of at least 7 to 12 frames. Four frames make the run don't loop well, and the arms can't do sh*t. Look up some tutorial for this tutorial to make the failed tutorial that was supposed to be a super tutorial for a tutorial on making a run with 4 frames a good tutorial.

Actually it's the process of slowing down, speding up. (I.E Start slow then fast then slow down again) Not stiff moves. If you want to see good easing look at "Pivotali."
