  • In the afterlife I will tell people I lived in the Trower/Dewar period. I love these guys!

  • Dont forget to masterbate sighn rp.

  • Demision it sigjn rp.

  • Just saw the dude live in southampton, still got it, the guitar was weeping tears of joy

  • I saw him several times in the 70's and still spin his vinyl.

  • Saw them in the mid 70s at MSG with another band i cannot remember ,Yeah RT was that good ! That was with Dewar playing bass /vocals. As a 3 piece they were certainly a powerhouse

  • i remember this record and hoped that one day,i'd see the solo played live.

  • A lot of people thought of Trower in the early days as a Hendrix clone. They couldn't be further off base.

  • Robin Trower is an acquired taste, He is unconventional, and unless you have an open mind, and a deep sense of music, especially If you don't understand his style, and lyrics. I for 1 am awed from any of the songs, and have been a fan since i was 16 in 1973, and would have loved to have seen hjim at least once. but unfortunately never did, thanks to U tube, I am getting chills up and down seeing the video's here. thanks UTUBE, and the posters for bringing Robin Trower to us all.

  • @chevytom55 I saw Trower several times later in his career with Davey Pattison from Gamma on vocals but I wish I could have seen him with James Dewar performing.

  • @MrSmokeydog me too. Saw him at the The Strand in Redondo Beach, CA in the very early 90's.

  • @cutevwbug ....I lived a block from the strand in RB....Saw Greg Allman and Dave Mason there. Hennessey's Tavern rocks with the fresh fish sandwich of the day and a couple Bass ales. I should have never let my ex talk me out of moving from there. The bike path, the coke dealer on 29th St, and chicks, chicks, chicks! Damn...

  • @AvirtualSwitzerland Really fun area. I guess the STand is long closed now.

  • @chevytom55 hey chevy. he still tours. and he can still play the guitar. check out him out on trowerpower on the net. i'm going there now to see when he is coming back to detroit.

  • only 781 hits for a RT & JD classic?
