@ThaBenShow the water pressure builds up and pops your ears. every time i go upstate we go to windham mountain, and my ears hurt it's the pressure. it's natural
I learned how to make bubble rings by accident, about a year or so ago, while Playing at a public pool. I love to go under water, so it was natural for me to discover this sooner or later.
one cool thing i just realized, when you take a deep breath, fill you cheeks up (to the max) with the atmosphere air not air from your lungs, then keep it in your mouth as a like a back up air so when your out of breath, release the air in your in your lungs through your nose, then suck in the little bit of atmosphere air you have in your cheeks. it'll give you a nice 5-10 seconds of extra time underwater, it works!
@kitsurubami - I have underwater weights when I do filming with the Olympic athletes... helps me stay under and stabilize. See if you can find something that helps you get heavier. Obviously... BE VERY CAREFUL when using weights underwater. Don't use dive weights and strap them on... just something to hold maybe.
@MrAhChuuu - Every swimmer? Hmmmmmm... You're either very young, or don't know that many swimmers, and the swimmers you DO know are pretty cool. Congrats on that. :)

how do u stay under that long
callofdutyFTW28 2 months ago 6
@callofdutyFTW28 Take a really deep breath. Also... holding your nose means no air will slip out, making it a bit easier to stay under longer.

Or am I just having an acid flashback.
